On a Trip to visit Family in Jamaica, We met great people making the best of life with what they have. Serving up great flavor with a Smile.
When I returned home I was inspired the same way.
We made our own Jerk Drum from a Water tank and A Massive Meat Smoker from an antique Filling Cabinet. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!
